1.FIND THE HIGH POINTS OF YOUR DAY.

There might be a certain day of the week or time of the day you look forward to for some reason. Maybe it’s a task or time you have set. You might also notice certain surprises or unexpected times that end up being the best part of your day. Pay attention to both things that you would consider to be the peak of your day.

2.WATCH WHAT YOU SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON.

We tend to focus on things that are meaningful to us, including time and money. Look at the topics of books, magazines, films or podcasts you consume. Is there a particular thing subject or theme that you find related to your passion?

3.CONSIDER TOPICS YOU ENJOY TEACHING OR DISCUSSING WITH OTHERS.

Consider your interactions with others. What types of conversations do you enjoy the most? Do you find yourself particularly interested in talking about a specific subject? It might also be helpful to consider if there are any tasks or topics you tend to teach others about. These are often the things we find most important to us.

4.THINK ABOUT YOUR STRENGTHS.

It is important to take the time to identify both your hard and soft skills in order to determine whether you spent enough time developing these abilities. Alternatively, you might have a natural skill that helps make you feel confident and motivated to perform certain tasks.

5.TAKE THE ELEMENTS APART.

During the process of exploring what naturally draws you attention in your day-to-day life, you might also consider what exactly it is you are passionate about. This will allow you to identify what exactly motivates you.

6.EXPLORE CAREER PATHS.

You might learn more about other, similar roles that are a better fit for you when you read about a certain task or responsibility. Finding your passion begins by identifying what makes you feel satisfied, excited, motivated or fulfilled. You can turn your passion into a career by searching for opportunities and finding roles that match your interests.
